OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls är ett av lacken från en av OPI’s kommande sommarkollektion: OPI Spiderman Collection. Lite titt som tätt så samarbetar OPI med olika filmbolag inför lansering av filmer, vilket jag tycker är väldigt roligt! Kollektionen, som innehåller 7 olika lack, är därför inspirerad av den nya Spiderman filmen som släpps den 3e juli i sommar. Jag är riktigt spänd på att se den nya filmen, jag är nämligen ett stort fan av Spiderman!
OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls is one of the polishes for the OPI Spiderman Collection, which will release this summer. Now and then OPI likes to collaborate with different film production companies, do to the release of new movies, which i really do like! There is 7 polishes in the collection, i’ve been given two of them to review. But all the polishes are inspired by the movie. The movie premieres the 3rd July this summer and i’m so excited to see it, i’m a huge Spiderman fan!
OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls är ett vit-blått krämlack, med lite grå toner. Det ska förmodligen likna en betongvägg i färgen. Många ljusa(vita) lack har en tendens att appliceras väldigt randigt och transparent men detta lacket är verkligen bra! På bilderna har jag använt 2 lager lack, vilket är riktigt bra! Jag tror detta kommer bli en hit i sommar mot lite mörkare hy, istället för det bländande vita lacken som är fruktansvärt jobbigt att måla på ändå! Lacken från kollektionen släpps i Sverige nu maj, så håll utkik!
OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls is a dirty white creme color, some blue tones and some grey tones. It probably is going to resemble concrete walls. Many light(white) polishes tends to apply streaky and sheet, but this polish is great! Both application wise and with the opacity! I think it will be a huge hit this summer, especially against a little more tanned skin tone. The collection launches now in May here in Sweden, so keep your eyes open for some great polishes!
Jag är ett stort Hunger Games-fan och nagellacks-fan så jag ville jättegärna ha i alla fall något lack från China Glazes Hunger Games-kollektion. När jag besökte min vanliga sida för att köpa China Glaze så hittade jag även detta fina turkosa som heter Aquadelic! Tro det eller ej så hade jag faktiskt inte ett enda turkost nagellack innan! Detta är från China glazes sommarkollektion Electropop. Formulan på lacket är väl OK.. Blev lite randigt 1a och 2a lagret men ett 3e jämnade ut bra! Pyttelite för tjock konsistens på det också, men jag överlever, färgen är ju så himla fin!
I’m a huge Hunger Games fan and a nail polish junkie, so i really wanted at least one polish from the China Glaze Hunger Games collection. When i browsed around at my usual online store i found this gorgeous turquoise color Aquadelic! Belive it or not, but this is my first turquoise nail polish! Aquadelic is from China Glaze Electropop summer collection 2012. The formula is OK.. It applies very streaky the first and second coat, but the third did even it out. It’s a little bit too thick consistency for my taste, but the color is so beautiful so i don’t mind!
På bilden nedan har jag toppat med 1 lager Luxe & Lush på långfingret och ringfingret. Det ser ut som små glasflisor, jag gillar det jättemycket mot det turkosa! Kommer säkerligen testa det ovanpå andra lack också! Luxe & Lush är ett av lacken från China Glazes Hunger Games-kollektion.
On the picture below i painted 1 coat of Luxe & Lush on my middle finger and ring finger. It looks like small glass flecks, i really like the look it gives, especially against the turquoise! I’ll probably try it on top of other polishes also. Luxe & Lush is one of the polishes from the China Glaze Hunger Games collection.
Jag vet att China Glaze, Essie, Orly m.fl är väldigt dyrt i Sverige, så tänkte tipsa om den sidan jag använder mig av när jag köper ifrån dessa märken. Sidan heter Beverly Beaute och det brukar ta ca 2 veckor för frakt och jag har aldrig haft några problem med betalning och sådant.
I know that China Glaze, Essie, Orly and other brands can be very expensive in Sweden, so i thought i should recommend you the online store where i buy my polishes(from those brands). The store is called Beverly Beaute and it takes about 2 weeks for shipping to Sweden and i’ve never had any problems with my orders.

Nudefärgade lack är både snyggt och stilrent. Det finns många olika nyanser och de passar olika bra på olika hudtoner. Jag har en gul underton i min färgton, så jag tycker det är snyggast med nudefärgadelack med varm underton.
Nude polishes is both nice and looks elegant. There’s many nude shades and different shades looks different depending on what kind of skintone you have. I have yellow undertones and i think warmer nude shades suits me the best.
Nyla Nude är inte så gult som det ser ut på bilden, attans svårt att fota just det lacket.. Såhär ser i alla fall lacken ut målade, OPI-lacken målade 3 lager, de andra 2 lager. Samoan Sand är riktigt skir, hade kunnat måla ett 4e lager.
Nyla Nude isn’t that yellow in real life, it’s really hard to photograph that polish.. Here’s the polishes on a plastic nail wheel. The OPI polishes are 3 layers and the others 2 layers. Samoan Sand is really sheer, i could have painted a 4th.

OPI Samoan Sand är en nyans som passar alla hudtoner tror jag, men jag gillar verkligen L’Oréal Beige Countess, det är nog min favorit ändå!

I höstas var jag på OPIs pressvisning inför vårens lack och ”The Holland Collection by OPI”. Detta är ett av lacken ifrån den kollektionen. Färger är en blandning av militärgrönt och mintgrönt! Detta är väl inte min favorit från kollektionen och tycker den passar bättre till hösten! Lacket är dock väldigt täckande, här med två laget plus överlack!
Last year i went to OPIs event about the launch of their spring collection: The Holland collection by OPI. This is one of the polishes from that collection. The color is something in between army green and mint green. This is not my favourite from The Holland collection and i think it’s more of a color for fall. The formula is good though, this is two coats and top coat!
Jag fick som sagt detta lack i månadens Glossybox och var såklart bara tvungen att testa det direkt! Det är ett L’Oréal Paris Color Riche Le Vernis i färgen Beige Countess. Lacket är en nude-färg med lite varm lila ton. I flaskan ser den ganska tråkig ut men på naglarna tycker jag det ser elegant och fräscht ut! Resultatet varierar säkert beroende på vilken hudton man har.
English: I’ve got this polish in this months Glossybox and I of course needed to try it right away! It’s a L’Oréal Paris Color Riche Le Vernis in the color Beige Countess. It’s a nude polish with a hint of purple. It looks quite boring in the bottle but on it looks really nice and elegant!
